It's like an hor d'oeurve when you're starving

I will be away from the computer for most of this weekend. Mid-September, I will be spending a week on vaction in Orlando and this is the big final plan making weekend.

It'll be five of us, all fans of various kinds, in a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo just one mile from Walt Disney World and smack in the middle of everything. There will be roller coasters and thrill rides a-plenty. There will be water slides and sno-cones and whack-a-mole and cheesy cartoon characters run amuck. There will be *nsync hommages for those infected with SDB urges. There will be two pools on the condo grounds itself, including one that has a VOLCANO in the middle of it. There will be Walt Disney World and Epcot and Universal and Sea World and --

There will be much squeeing for a variety of reasons.

But all of that, alas, is in the future. I can hardly wait. At least I have a big fannish weekend talking about the vacation to tide me over for FIVE FUCKING WEEKS.

Gah. I need a vacation.
