Oh, that's Tom Welling, better known as Clark Kent of Smallville fame. It's actually a scene from the pilot -- he saved Lex Luthor's life and Lex gave him a truck to say thanks. Pa Kent made him give it back (the spoilsport!) but first we got an absolutely precious scene with Clark reading the note Lex sent over with the truck.

I looked at the picture and wondered just what he could be reading to produce that look. And since I made it while I was watching Angel last week.... It all just came together.
