So, having helped myself to your Addams Family story and commmitted podfic, I'm kind of stalking you a little bit, in a retrospective time-travelling kinda fashion, and quite aside from agreeing at the sheer awesomeness of this parrot, I find myself transfixed by your icon. Would you mind awfully explaining it? (I'm staring at the Arabic, and feeling sad that my crappy Arabic-reading-fu, such as it ever was, is no longer adequate to even making a half-decent stab at decoding it phonetically. Grr.)

It's "vyola" in some free font (I have no idea which -- too many computers ago) that may have some relation to phonetic equivalents or may not. So I have no idea how accurate or not it might be.
